High above the summits of the Balkans, the falcon looks over the country: on the threshold between Europe and the Orient, a river of cultural, political and social change has always meandered. Whirling and dancing, the thirty voices and instruments of ensemble liberté move through the region between mountains and sea, singing folk songs and art music from the Balkan countries in countless colours. STRUJANJE means river, current and direction and stands for the connections created by the flow of water, energy and people.
